The Operation Manager leader will manage import-related functions, including ocean, air & customs brokerage activities. It will help establish standard operating procedures and ensure conformance to operational metrics to continuously improve process flows. Support back office operations teams.
- Must be proficient in Cargo Wise
- Must have 5 year s experience minimum in managing a team of 5 people.
- Must have 5 years of experience in ocean and air operations.
- Must have 5 years of pricing experience for ocean, air, intermodal, and domestic trucking.

- Experience working across global network of offices and agents

- Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
