Job Characteristics:Has a working knowledge of Ecolab technologies outside area of expertise as well as a working knowledge of Ecolab business applications. Able to articulate how initiatives fit Ecolab’s business strategy. Plans and directs the activities of a group of engineers developing complex engineering projects.
This function often calls for the derivation and application of new or unique approaches. Must possess extensive knowledge of a specialized engineering field.
Recognized as a technical expert in an area of expertise and demonstrates innovations with significant business growth and profitability potential. Initiatives are regarded as key projects by one or more business units and are incorporated into their business plan.
