OneSAP Business Integration Manager

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees in support of Commercial Processes and Tools related to company operations supporting the Distribution Business.
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides functional management of SAP and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Provides oversight regarding processes and SAP related tools.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees
  
  

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

• 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  
  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Experience in Supply Chain Operations for Distribution
• Experience in SAP Level 2 Support and Release Management
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
• 4+ years’ experience with SAP practices and processes
• Ability to manage work through Scaled Agile framework and methodology.
  
  

Relocation: This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
