Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers and ensure a fair deal for all Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive client
- Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified buyers
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase-and-sale agreements
- Use real estate software and multiple listings services (MLS) and the like
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in business or related field
With at least 2 years work experience as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker
Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market
Possess excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills both oral and written
Has good time management multitasking skills
