What you'll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and commercial relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's vision, objectives, growth plans and strategies. This role includes active negotiating and finalizing deals with partners that benefit the company. We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual with notable networking abilities.
- Establish sustainable relationships with key payment partners, consumer finance companies & banks
- Own the partnership execution end to end, from legal , creatives management , accounting consolidation and coordinating with internal teams to implement operations activities
- Identify potential partners in the markets, and develop strategic partnerships with public and private sector organizations by recommending and implementing strategies that increase brand effectiveness
- Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalation as needed
- Liaise as the point of contact for our partners, being the link between Marketing, Commercial, Finance, legal, etc, and be the escalation point if necessary.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners that benefit the company.
- Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
- Take innovative, progressive ideas from concept stage into actionable plans and through to implementation.
- Research & stay on top of the newest updates & changes in the fintech & payments market
What you'll need:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical background & attention to detail with ability to use data to measure performance
- Proven history of external partner engagement
- Negotiation skills & partnership management
- Focus on keeping partners satisfied with the company's servicesproducts through managing projects, fixing any issues, resolving any escalations, tracking service metrics, and tracking progress and OKRs.
