Associate Director Real Estate Portfolio Management

What the job involves • Managing junior and mid-level professionals in the team • Measure performance of the team, providing guidance for the achievement of team targets and ensure continuous improvement of all internal procedures and methods of the team • Develop and execute the real estate strategy of the firm, including the monetization of multiple types of real estate assets • Oversee and track the progress of defined value creation plans • Represent the firm to the market, to partners and to all relevant stakeholders and relevant authorities Who we are looking for • This opportunity would be suitable for an experienced professional at a top-tier asset manager, private equity firm or specialist real asset firm • Significant experience of managing a large multi-asset portfolio, as well as overseeing real asset transactions from start to close
