Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and overseeing projects while maintaining direct communication and interaction with clients throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Acts as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring that the project meets the client's requirements, expectations, and goals.
- Accountable of payments and accruals follow through.
- Responsible for tier 2 support for partners
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong customer service-oriented skills.
- Advance Excel skills and hands-on experience.
- Technology marketing, specifically Microsoft.
- BA required or equivalent work experience.
- Campaign Management experience.
- Certifications: CAPM/PMP
- Microsoft office suite, project management (these may not be technical), agile methodologies.
