Our client is a leading organization based in Dubai dedicated to innovation excellence and fostering a dynamic work culture. As part of their commitment to continuous improvement they are seeking a highly skilled HR Transformation Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive organizational change. This standalone role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our HR function.


As the HR Transformation Manager you will be responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of transformative HR initiatives. With a focus on enhancing employee engagement performance and satisfaction you will leverage your handson expertise to drive the adoption of HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders you will develop and execute innovative strategies to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.



  • Lead the endtoend implementation of HR systems including SuccessFactors from requirement gathering to user training and ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency streamline processes and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention leveraging datadriven insights and best practices.
  • Drive performance management initiatives including goal setting performance evaluations and talent development programs to optimize employee performance and career growth.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement change management strategies ensuring successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement policies procedures and guidelines that promote compliance diversity and inclusion.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Provide leadership coaching and guidance to HR team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning.




Requirements


To be considered in this role you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree coupled with additional HR qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR management with a focus on HR transformation systems implementation and strategic initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR systems such as SuccessFactors and driving transformative HR initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices performance management principles and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities including strategic thinking problemsolving and the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and familiarity with local employment laws and regulations in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
