Role Summary: As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the companys market presence in the FMCG industry. You will identify new business opportunities build and maintain relationships with clients and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred)
Qualification Summary: The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in business development sales or a related role in the FMCG industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills market research abilities and excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills are essential for success in this role. Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG industry.
Build and maintain relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor analysis and potential target markets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
