• Design and conduct qualitative research studies, including focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic research.
  
• Develop research plans and protocols to ensure studies are conducted in a systematic and rigorous manner.
  
• Analyze research data to identify key themes and insights.
  
• Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop research objectives and ensure studies align with business objectives.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in qualitative research.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Qualitative Research Analyst or in a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge and experience in qualitative research methods, including focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic research.
  
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple research studies simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
