Opportunity to join a Leading Recruiting Firm
Position: Recruiter (Malayalam Speakers)
Domain: International Staffing
Domain: International Staffing
Location- Hyderabad/ Kerala
Shift - 9:30 am- 6:30 pm
About the Job:
Exp: 6 months 3 years in Non-IT-Recruitment
Education: Graduate
Requirement: Excellent communication In English and Malayalam
Responsibilities:
Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment
Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions
Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.
Sourcing candidates as per JDs provided by the clients.
Requirements
- Excellent in English communication both verbal and written
- Excellent in Malayalam communication
- Is comfortable with High target chasing monthly.
- Has done recruitment for various Non-IT & IT profiles
- Is experienced with a lot of outbound/ cold calling on a daily basis
- Well-versed with the entire recruitment cycle
