Receptionist-SPA

• Recording Data ( sales , purchases & payments ) in Quick books
  
• Making payments & ensuring 3 way match
  
• Preparing bank recons on daily basis
  
• Preparing margin reports on daily basis
  
• Preparing Working capital reports on daily basis
  
• Preparing accounts payable, accounts receivable & Inventory aging summary
  
• Preparing vendor recons
  
• Improve vendor visibility, aging, and daily movement
  
• Preparing management accounts on monthly basis
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of reporting experience and audit firm (big 4) experience is preferred
  
• ACCA / MBA / ICMA/CA finalist
  
• Sound understanding of accounting standards (IFRS)
  
• Strong computing ss (Word processing and Excel) and solid experience with financial systems, financial reporting, financial and business planning, budget preparation and adherence to statutory, regulatory and other policy standards and requirements
  
• Ability to work in a demanding self-supervisory, multi-task environment within clear timelines
  
• Strong interpersonal, and cooperative working ss
  
• Excellent verbal and written communications ss
  
• Strong administrative ability and organizational ss
