Marketing Director

We are working with an oilfield services company who is looking for a Marketing Director to be based in Dubai.

Position Overview: The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing campaigns managing brand identity and optimizing digital marketing efforts. As a key leader you will collaborate with stakeholders mentor a team and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Campaign Management: Plan execute and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee online presence including websites SEO SEM email and social media.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing team fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Oil and Gas industry experience is a MUST.
• Arabic speaker is a MUST.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar role.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
