Head of Technology

About the Role

• Reports to the CTO, in charge of technology strategy, roadmap and people management.
• Responsible for technology developing for new business and products (incl. concept, roadmap, launch and continuous improvement).
• Manage, upskill and expand the Technology & IT team.
• Solicit and interact with all the key stakeholders across different business lines to make sure technology, product and business objectives and implementations area aligned.

Key Expectation

• Proven track record in technology leadership role across Internet/ Online Web Service/ Fintech/ Digital Finance Service Provider industries, preferably with software engineering/ product/ data or algorithm background.
• Strong understanding and experience in developing digital products in South East Asia market.
• Strategic thinking, good business acumen, creative and futuristic.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian communication, as you will need to deal with stakeholders and markets from SEA countries.
