The Role
Dynamic Real Estate Agents (Male/Female) 6 nos. Kindly note its a commissionbased role no salary. Gold Dust has entered the Real Estate arena to carve a niche in the market. Our focus is on Residential & Commercial properties across Offplan Secondary Market segment for Buying/Selling or Leasing. We provide excellent career opportunity to professionals who want to grow with the organization and maximize their earning potential with sheer hard work sincerity and uptodate market intelligence. Job Responsibilities: Assisting clients in in finding them a suitable property while maintain highest level of standards. Achieving sales targets / KPIs. Stay up to date with the property market and new launches by leading developers. Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords. Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner. Followup with the clients/leads on a regular basis. Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately. Follow companys policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions. Identify new business opportunities. Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisorclient relationship. We will provide: Attractive commission up to 60% upon meeting Sales targets. The employee is eligible for the internal referral program where he/she can earn up to 10% commission on successful referral. The employee will be entitled for 30 days of annual vacation plus all UAE national holidays Eid Christmas New Years Day as per UAE labour law. Employment visa provided by the company. Medical Health Insurance. Performance based Quarterly & Annual Incentives. Aggressive Marketing Campaigns with top budget to generate quality Leads. CRM platform to manage Leads and drive more Sale Access to a quality data base of potential investors landlords and tenants. Professional Training material career progression plans and ongoing support from senior management. Admin support to help close the deals. Photography and videography team if required. Assistance with RERA training course & license (fees to be paid by the Agent) Office location near Metro with excellent working atmosphere.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience: Dubai Real Estate Broker Card with at least 2 years experience Fluency in English a must. Arabic Russian European language an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills and good negotiator. Selfdriven ambitious and trustworthy. Social Media savvy huge advantage if can create own content / Videos Ability to work independently with complete dedication. Computer literate (MS Office Internet CRM etc.) UAE driving license preferably with own Car
