Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
- Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Business Management preferred
- PIC Certificate or similar food hygiene certificate
- 3 years of experience as a restaurant/bar manager in a similar environment
- Understanding of Hotel Operations Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in MICROS or similar POS system
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
