Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Regularly update clients on work progress, promptly addressing any deviations from plans to ensure transparent communication and the opportunity to revise plans.
- Proactively manage Sales funnel and ensure accurate data is maintained
- Liaise with technical, quality, and operations teams to prioritize and progress internal activities, always maintaining high-quality standards in the best interests of both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Support Expeditor to monitor and ensure the timely receipt of external services, aligning with quality requirements specified in purchase orders.
- Utilise data from various sources to generate consistently high-standard job costings, issue tenders, and ensure compliance with company rules, Delegation of Authority limits, and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Contribute actively to the company's strategy, analyse market conditions, and play a supportive role within the Contracts Team.
