Job Description
Lead the effective implementation of Human Capital Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet ADX requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Identify and assess the employees’ training and development needs through training needs analysis, job analysis, and appraisal schemes and produce a resourced and budgeted annual training plan based on needs identified for individuals, teams, and ADX’s vision and mission.
