He prepares develops and implements the marketing and corporate communication strategy including awareness initiatives and projects real estate knowledge and social responsibility in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
Main tasks:
1. Prepares develops and supervises the implementation of the comprehensive strategic plan institutional objectives and performance indicators for all activities and projects related to the organizational units of the administration and ensures their completion on time and with the necessary efficiency and in line with the vision policies and legislation of the client Department.
2. Supervises the preparation and development of operational plans objectives and performance measures for all activities and projects implemented by the administration and ensures that they accomplish this efficiently effectively and within the specified time.
3. He directs and provides a high level of strategic management in the field of marketing and communication and provides support advice and direction for activities related to marketing and communication.
4. To prepare manage and direct all department heads in the administration to translate the strategic objectives into annual executive plans and ensure the completion and implementation of these plans appropriately.
5. He generally supervises the policies procedures and activities of the departments in the administration.
6. Contributes to achieving the vision mission and objectives of the department through the preparation and application of methodologies policies and regulations related to marketing and communication management.
7. Develops systems and procedures for marketing and communication management and updates internal control methods with the required accuracy and efficiency.
8. He reviews and approves work procedures and methods performance indicators and quality related to management processes and develops the necessary proposals to improve the work and submits them to the executive director of the sector for approval and action.
9. Reviews measures evaluates and updates the effectiveness of marketing and communication management policies plans and procedures.
10. He supervises the design of the corporate identity guide including the website social media commercial stationery email presentation forms (PPT) its guidance the mechanism for adhering to it and ensuring adherence to it in the various organizational units in circle.
11. He supervises the development of the corporate identity of the Department and its affiliated institutions and manages appropriate channels to spread awareness and introduce the Department and the services it provides within the Emirate of Dubai or outside it.
12. He supervises the development of marketing and awareness initiatives to spread real estate knowledge and increase the rate of use of the department s smart/electronic services.
13. He supervises the promotion of the positive mental image of the department at home and abroad and highlighting its role in protecting the rights of customers facilitating their real estate operations and life and building a real estate environment conducive to investment.
14. He supervises the followup of what is published about the department in various media channels and responds to inquiries received in the media about the departments activities according to rules and instructions.
15. He supervises the proposal and updating of lists of official speakers in the Department of client and their approval by His Excellency the Director General and supervising their press interviews.
16. He supervises the drafting of speeches or statements of the department s official speakers on various official and unofficial occasions (Events activities conferences).
17. He supervises the preparation and implementation of the plan of events and programs for social responsibility (CSR) in accordance with the strategy and directions of the department and its affiliated institutions.
18. He supervises the design and preparation of awareness publications that aim to spread real estate awareness to various categories of customers and their translation and issuance.
19. Supervises the media content of the department s official website and the electronic application.
20. Supervises the maximum use of the Internet social media and text messages to spread real estate awareness for all categories of customers.
21. He supervises the organization of events conferences and exhibitions and contributes to activities that serve the community institutional identity and various government communication activities related to the work of the client Department.
22. Supervises and approves the drafting of texts bulletins invitations and announcements and supervises the issuance of press releases to the press Local regional and international when needed in Arabic and English.
23. Supervises coordination with local and international organizations to participate in conferences seminars workshops and meetings & matters related to public relations and exchange of experiences.
24. Supervises the development of annual budgets for the activities of the Marketing and Communication Department.
25. Performs any other responsibilities related to this job.
