As Outlet Manager, We Rely On You To
- Take responsibility of restaurant colleagues, restaurant operation and the restaurant's performance
- Maximise profitability of restaurant and drive revenue
- Ensure a high quality of food and service are delivered to our guests at all times
- Maintain a high standard in relation to service and food
- Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Loves being creative
- Continuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as others
- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has an in-depth understanding of restaurant operation and management
- Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
- Preferably possesses experience from a 5* international hotel
- Able to engage with restaurant guests
- Is a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenue
