Essential Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day schedules of the

- Effectively manage projects by meeting deadlines and conducting follow-up as
- Inputs, reviews, edits, and closes timekeepers time entries through the firms web-based time entry
- Handles monthly client Reviews billing pre-bills for accuracy and Performs client, matter and timekeeper inquiries, and narrative
- Opens new matters and generate client conflict Sets up and maintains timekeepers work files, including daily and regular
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality of all Firm and client information, records, and files, both within and outside of the
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of legal Prior commercial real estate and/or land use experience is preferred but not
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and
- Experience with a document management system and time entry system
- Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and good organizational and analytical
- Flexible attitude and the ability to deal well with changing assignments and
- Professional appearance and
- Client-oriented
- Billing experience
- BA/BS preferred, but not
