Stratjuris Law Partners, is strengthening its team by recruiting several candidates as Legal Associate on retainership The Candidate will be recruited on Probation for three months and thereafter he/she may be confirmed as retainer based on his/her

The Broad outline of responsibilities of the Retainer are as follows:

handling litigation matters in Courts and Tribunals, including drafting/reviewing pleadings, filing procedures, doing research on case laws and other relevant issues

attending meetings with Clients and resolving their queries, briefing senior counsel and attending conferences;

appearing in Courts and coordinating with senior counsel ;

Drafting/ reviewing/finalising various agreements and contracts, related to employment, day to day commercial activities of clients, ;

Agreement with vendors/ customers/ service provider,

Master Service Agreements for procurement of industrial products/ manufacture & supply of industrial products;

MSA for technology development / technologing licensing;
