Responsible for:
Content Creation:
Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels including social media website and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and marketing collateral.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
Social Media Management:
Execute social media strategies to increase the companys online presence.
Monitor social media channels engage with the audience and respond to comments or inquiries.
Schedule and publish content on relevant platforms.
Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of company events such as trade shows conferences and community outreach programs.
Coordinate logistics including booth setup promotional materials and staffing.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and potential opportunities for the company.
Compile and analyse data to assist in making informed marketing decisions.
Email Marketing:
Assist in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns.
Manage subscriber lists track campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement.
Collaboration with Preconstruction Team:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support.
Develop sales enablement materials and ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the marketing
