الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure achievement of the quality objectives as set forth in the RTA and the department quality plan.
- Receive, validate, and process all transactions received from service providers and allocate the revenue to the various agencies according to the unified fare rules.
- Participate with the RTA operating agencies (Marine, Rail, Public Buses, Parking, and Roads) and other participating service providers in the development and adoption of a unified fare scheme and setting of policies regarding concessionary fares and discounts for special events
- Oversee Dubai Unified Fare Scheme through supervision of leadership staff and efficiently uses all resources available toward the achievement of the RTA foundation's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its long & short terms goals and objectives
- Own and operate the Clearinghouse system, including all activities related to the registration of participants and their devices, transaction validation and processing, and settlement of all revenues, collections, and refunds
- Own and operate the Card Issuing Activities, including purchase, registration, initialization, distribution, replacement, and retirement (disposal) of cards.
