Job Title: Human Resource
Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Years of experience: 8 years (with at least 2 years in the UAE)
Role Summary: Innovations Group is looking for a seasoned Human Resource professional with a strong background in Employee Relations HR Policies and Talent Acquisition.
Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field
Qualification Summary: The successful candidate must have a CIPD or SHRM certification a Hay certification be an Arabic speaker and have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content and Evaluate HR related training programs.
- Present HRRelated Training programs to new hires and supervisors in both English and Arabic languages.
- Write review and update HR policies and standard procedures in compliance with UAE Law and school requirements.
- Communicate Policy changes and updates to employees through existing channels HRMS or weeklymemo.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify recruitment trends and areas for improvement including strategies to attract and retain talent and reducing timetofill.
- Conduct Job Analysis to update job descriptions including duties responsibilities and qualifications for each role.
- Collaborate with HR team to conduct job evaluation and grading system.
- Foster positive employee relations and assist in resolving employee issues by providing guidance to staff and supervisors
- Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives including surveys
- Manage and optimize HR processes systems and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
