Research data problems, find solution to correct database, or suggest further outside research.
Perform audit checks of transaction records checking data against original raw file.
Performing routine inspections and quality audit for different processes to health care facilities.
Well use formulas VLOOKUP, match, index and IF in auditing data in excel.
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.
Perform Database clean-up to improve data quality and match rates.
Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
Be aware of all UAE laws and DHA policies of information governance.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through rigorous analysis and auditing of all data used in reporting.
Ensures that DHAs data quality standards are achieved through a series of regular data maintenance activities.
Responsible for working with internal customers, external Entities and vendors to ensure timely resolution of data issues and problems.
Responsible for ensuring that Entities produce health data or provide services in accordance with DHA data standards requirements.
Inspect, monitor, record and report quality data for production and incoming Inspection activities to assist in operations.
Assist and service the health data governance section in the delivery of the annual key performance indicators and programmes of work.
Coordinate and maintain internal data quality register.
Assist the Head of Section on all aspects of data quality audit. Such support shall include the preparation and development of process, communication with the entities and responding to enquiries.
Undertake such other duties as may be determined by the Head of Section.
Requirements
General education degree, or equivalent.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar role.
