- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the UAE/GCC
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in diverse roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in managerial role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills
