PLANNING ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updating the Site progress
• Updating the Engineering and procurement in detailed activity wise
• Providing Programmes for subcontract scope of works
• Billing progress % Invoices for Subcontractors
• Progress monitoring
• Planning Reports
• Forecast of material and resources
• Involving in Planning related documentation works as required
• Upcoming RFQs / Change Orders
• Subcontractor Earned Value reporting from Cost loaded schedule
• Resequence of activities as per Updates in Primavera P in discussion with construction and engineering departments
• Fixing out of Sequence activities
• Daily report update compliance as per programme update

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Min years experience as a Planning Engineer 
• Good experience in building projects (highrise residential)
• Should have experience in contractor and consultancy
• Should be civil engineer or civil diploma holder
• Proficient in Primavera software
• Proficiency in MS Office

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Bachelors degree in Architecture / Engineering
