- Ensure compliance with payroll systems, practices, and procedures
3. KPI and Job Description:
- Update job descriptions based on company operations and any relevant changes
4. Employee Training and Satisfaction:
- Ensure 100% of eligible employees participate in training programs
- Maintain a 4+ out of 5 rating for employee satisfaction
5. Performance Management:
- Implement an annual Objectives and Key Responsibilities (OKRs) management program
- Track employees' performance and ensure effective performance management
6. Standard Operating Procedures:
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all HR and administrative processes
7. Legal Compliance:
- Maintain knowledge of UAE Federal Laws and Labor Laws

Provide labour law advisory services
8. Communication and Documentation:
- Provide and follow HR policies and documentation
- Provide regular reporting on employee costs to line management
9. Business Operation:
- Act as an advisor to all functional heads as part of the management team
- Drive HR processes through the entire employment lifecycle
10. Strategic Planning:
- Develop HR strategy based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support business structure reorganisation and consolidation to deliver efficiencies.
11. Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
12. Budget Management:
- Conduct annual manpower budgeting accurately and efficiently
- Create, obtain approval for, and manage the HR Department budget
