Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at a renowned Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai The successful candidate will be the face of the hotel providing guests with their first impression of the level of service and standards they can expect during their stay
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm engaging greeting to all guests upon their arrival and manage the checkin and checkout processes with efficiency
- Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor ensuring all guest interactions are conducted with a friendly and accommodating attitude
- Promptly respond to guest inquiries and fulfill their requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage communication effectively by answering phone calls forwarding messages and overseeing guest bookings and reservations
- Uphold the hotels high standard of service by keeping the reception area immaculate and wellorganized at all times
Candidate Profile
- Age range of years
- We are particularly interested in female candidates who present a professional image in accordance with the hotels standards including a minimum height requirement of cm
- Fluency in English and Russian is essential Proficiency in additional languages will be considered a significant asset
- The ideal candidate will possess a charming personality coupled with punctuality and excellent communication skills to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to exercise sound judgement in challenging situations are key
- Candidates must be vaccinated or hold no objections to vaccination as per hotel health policies
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive year contract with a base salary of AED supplemented by a language allowance of AED and a service charge of AED after the initial three months (totaling approximately USD)

Candidate Profile: Age range of 21-32 years.
