We are seeking an experienced and customeroriented Guest Experience Host/Hostess to join our team of hospitality professionals in Fujeirah This multifaceted position combines responsibilities in Food & Beverage (F&B) service and Front Office operations to provide a seamless and topnotch guest experience Responsible for delivering exceptional service anticipating guest needs and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining experiences including greeting guests taking orders serving meals and beverages and ensuring exceptional service
• Guest checkin and checkout managing reservations providing information about the establishments services and promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests

Requirements

• High school diploma degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in food and beverage service is essential to excel in F&B responsibilities
• Experience in front desk operations including guest checkins reservations management and knowledge of hotel management software is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to switch between F&B and front office duties seamlessly especially during busy periods is vital
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance
• Familiarity with the menu offerings wine and beverage selections and front office procedures specific to the establishment is advantageous
