Chief Accountant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate data processing and aggregation methods
  
• Automate data extraction processes using scripting languages such as Python
  
• Validate extracted data and ensure data accuracy
  
• Visualize data using PowerBI
  
• Create process flows and data flows using MS Visio
  
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, features, and other development activities
  
• Utilize Git repositories to maintain code and database scripts
  
• Manage assigned work using project management tools such as JIRA
  
• Proactively communicate updates and escalate impediments in a timely manner
  
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Leadership
  

Internship technical stack

• MySQL, Python, .NET, Azure, PowerBI
  

Requirements

• A university student currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
  
• Expected graduation date between December 2023 and May 2024
  
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
  
• Ability to work 40 hours a week (M-F), including our standard US overlap hours of 7:00-11:30 PM SLST
  

Additional requirements

• Understanding of data processing and data cleansing
  
• Experience with MySQL and Python
  
• Experience with .NET Web API is a plus
  
• Experience of working with third-party REST APIs is a plus
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Demonstrated initiative and drive for results
