- Knowledge of UAE educational laws and regulations
- Experience in a leadership position in an educational setting
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An advanced degree in education or a related field
- Experience managing and developing staff
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with budget management and financial planning
It will be a plus if the candidate has experience working in an Indian curriculum based school and has experience in effectively managing remote teams. The candidate should also have a passion for education, be student-centered, and have the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff alike.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the schools policies, practices and procedures, to support the schools values and vision
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes
- Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.

This is a full-time on-site Principal role at Modern Indian School Dibba located in Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, managing the staff, and providing leadership to ensure the educational goals of the school are met. The Principal will be the educational leader of the school and will work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to promote a positive learning environment. Salary: 20000 AED - 40000 AED
