Job Requirements & Tasks

In order to further strengthen our Sales team, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive who can provide us with a proven track record of IT consulting and Managed services sales. It is imperative for the person in this position to have experience presenting, strategizing, and closing sales independently. In addition to generating their own leads, this person should also follow up on existing company leads that come from our in-house marketing and lead generation efforts. The primary responsibility of a Sales Executive is to sell IT Managed Services support plans and technology projects.

  • 6-8 Years of Experience in IT Infrastructure Solution Sales and/or Managed IT Services / Professional Services Sales
  • IT Services Sales Experience in UAE market is a must. Design of Services contract structuring is preferable.
  • Long-term experience in selling IT, Remote IT Services & IT infrastructure services experience
  • Knowledge of ITSM tool, ITIL Framework terminology, methodology.
  • Thoroughly knowledge and understanding of tools for Help Desk, Asset Management, Patch Management, Endpoints Management, Networking Monitoring Solution, Infrastructure Monitoring solutions, Avaya, Voice solution, Security tools and Automation.
  • A candidate must possess experience in Infrastructure Services Sales in Networking, Hybrid IT, and Security. ( Solution Sales/Managed Service/Professional Services/ AMC/ Infra Managed Services/ Migration Services etc)
  • Knowledge about Cloud services, Managed Services, security, and professional services for modern workplace.
  • Should have good knowledge of office 365 services and sales.
  • Record activities in our CRM software and update sales notes for prospects
  • New opportunity identifications and deliver monthly and quarterly Managed Services Sales Target.
  • Experience with selling Managed Services/Professional Services to CEOs and business owners desired.
  • The identification of new customers, the management of existing customers, the identification of opportunities, and the communication of the results
  • It is necessary for the candidate to have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the IT infrastructure - Servers, Storage, Networking, Backup and Recovery, Business Continuity Solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Platforms like Infrastructure and software (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid), networking, and IT security services that relate to infrastructure and software.
  • An extensive background in providing solutions and selling complex, Managed services deals for server, storage, middleware, and messaging, as well as experience with large deals.
  • Participates in the end-to-end engagement and sales process by communicating with our customers, sales, pre-sales solution development teams, and delivery teams during the entire engagement and sales process, acting as a liaison between them
  • Experience in handling Corporate Sales, Large Enterprise sales, SMB, and B2B will be a great advantage.
  • Strong relationships with Enterprise customers across different verticals would be an added advantage
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and requirement and to articulate the business value of Company s products/solution/services.
  • Self-driven and target oriented with Strong consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated to hunt for new opportunities and expand client relationships
  • Ability to negotiate / influence the customer.
  • Weekly Forecast to be submitted to the Unit Head
  • Conducting Sales Workshops to Customer UAE
  • UAE Market knowledge or awareness & driving license

  • Excellent experience in customer interaction and customer relationship management
  • Excellent Analytical and Presentation Skills
