Hiring for a Government client in Dubai.
Work in policy planning in public health agencies and health associations
Working in planning of public policies in the public health department, including school health, in cooperation with allocated authorities and health associations
Formulate health policies, guidelines and the changing requirements of healthcare environments and public health.
Participates in evaluation of research to ensure they are meeting program goals
Study and propose ways to address complex health issues such as chronic and infectious diseases, obesity, malnutrition, healthcare quality and costs, climate change, environmental determinants of health, socio-economic inequalities and their impact on health.
Study the risk of disease associated with inherent, acquired, social, or environmental factors, and the development of methods to alleviate that risk.
Develop and apply statistical and mathematical methods to the design and analysis of biomedical research and collect, analyse and synthesize quantitative data from a variety of sources
Work in food science research for ingredient and product development.
Performs a variety of other statistical analyses. Manipulates, computes, and analyzes data using statistical computer software and develops new analytical methods and testing procedures.
Conducts systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses.
Contributes to the publication of research results in scientific journals supports and participates in presentations at major medical/scientific meetings
Adapt existing and develop new research methods and materials to meet the needs of groups, including people with mental illness.
Analyse the research findings to develop and implement methods for diagnosis and treatment of social, mental, and behavioral disorders
Conducting experiments to study human behavior and mental phenomena
Perform a research in a Physical Activity and Wellbeing in Children by using mixed-methods research skills and experience acquired in physical activity, exercise, or health research or related disciplines (e.g., sports and exercise science, health, epidemiology, psychology).
Conducting qualitative methods, questionnaires, accelerometers, and related quantitative data analysis applications with stakeholders to develop intervention programmes.
Develop and implement educational programs to improve the nutritional status,
and physical actvity of the school community
Advanced study in health and nutrition education, design and evaluate wellness education programming for age groups, school communities, or corporations.
Focus on preventing and managing diseases within school populations by looking at social and behavioural factors associated with health status and behaviour.
Develop innovative ways to harness the power of information to improve school health care and improve student s health.
Other Responsibilities
Performs other job-related duties as needed in relation to the conduct of epidemiological research.
Provides support for the design and implementation of activities and events including but not limited to Research
Ensure coordination with other departments to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Highschool degree Work experience: preferable in inspection or customer service/nill experience is acceptable. Work experience: UAE language: arabic and english is must. Willing to work in shifts and outdoor. Interpersonal skills: Communication skills Analytical thinking. Outdoor work Environment. customer service
