الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve disputes or disagreements about the terms of the global mobility policy.
• Define assignment type (Long- term / Short – term (Strategic Business Leaders / Business Critical and Technical Experts / Developmental or High Potentials)
• Consolidate required data (Home/Host Compensation / Base salary/ assignment salary/ Cost-of-Living Allowance (COLA) Hardship/Quality-of-Living (QOL) premium (Location Allowance)/ Per Diem/Daily allowance)
• Proposal assignment packages / Localization / Local + / including End of service benefit / Exchange rate ext. and Validate Exception
