Requirements
1. Deep market knowledge of the real estate in UAE (not just the off plan offer, but any commercial and retail, resale, bulk etc )
2. Pitch our existing clients and develop relevant content to attract external / new clients
3. Maintain relationships with all stakeholders : brokers; lawyers; developers etc to remain on edge and to execute the sale through these professionals
4. Monitoring of the markets and created impactful and engineered analysis to help clients anticipate and beat the market movement
5. Conduct data analysis of the market and obtain the best offers and packages for the clients
6. Delivery quality service on the end to end process, including all admin steps and payments etc
7. Provide regular reports to all stakeholders
Benefits
Fixed salary of AED 20,000 (including all type of benefits).
