Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description :
Assistant finance managers help finance managers with administrative and financial tasks, including invoicing, budget drafting, issuing purchase orders, and implementing and managing procurement processes. They are also responsible for writing monthly financial reports and filing the company's taxes

Responsibilities :

• Must have multiple Manufacturing experience more than10 years in UAE.
• Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
• Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
• Budget Analysis, Forecasting, control, Preparation, Reporting & Recommendations
• Product Cost & Production Reconciliation with Production parameter.
• Monthly Accounts Management Reports. (IFRS)
• Responsible for accounts Payables & Receivables & on time receipts & payments Reconcile the Inter Company accounts.
• To check the monthly W.P.S & payroll reports which generate from the software.
• Make liaison with software company to start the ERP system in various companies.
• Responsible for all kind of Import Documentations includes Duty Exemption Quota Approval for Duty Exemption for industrial concern, has dealing with Ministry of Industry.
• Responsible for all kind of Export Documentation includes Value Addition Paper from Chamber of Commerce & industry.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Qualification :

.

Proven more than 10 years Manufacturing work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in UAE.

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

.

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

.

Proven ability to juggle multiple companies accounts management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

.

CA /MBA / ACCA degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
