We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join us in our headquarters located in Dubai.
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join us in our headquarters located in Dubai.
As a team member of ITP Live internal finance team, you will be the main point of contact between the finance department and the clients in terms of creating booking orders into appropriate software programs, receiving relevant documents from the clients, ensuring booking orders are approved, rectifying discrepancies and handling clients prepayments.
You will also assist in preparing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the higher management, resolving errors in financial reports and collecting data across ITP Live team. You should have a knowledge about accounts payable to verify and reconcile influencer payments paperwork.

- Fluent in English oral and written
- Preferably Arabic speaking, not mandatory
- Strong bookkeeping skills
- Strong finance skills
- Knowledgeable about accounts payables
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration
