Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solutions Architect (Relocate to Malta/Consulting/Big 4)


Our client operates as a global network of independent member firms offering audit, tax and advisory services to help mitigate risks and grasp opportunities. With firms in over 146 countries and territories, they are committed to quality and service excellence in all that they do both professionally and personally.


Job Type: On Site | Full-time

Visa and Relocation Package Included

Requirements


  • +13 yrs of proven experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions involving Dynamics CE(CRM)

  • Profiles considered: Technical, Functional or Techno-Functional

  • CRM experience (CRM versions experience: 2015. 2016, D365, etc.)

  • Experience on on-premise projects or online (cloud) or both

  • Experience in modules such as marketing, sales, customer service, field service, etc.

  • Power Platform experience such as Power Apps (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps), Power Automate flows, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent (PVA), etc.

  • Internal or consultancy experience with clients/projects that are global

  • Leading/managerial experience

  • C#, Javascript, ASP.net experience

  • Experience in customizations and configurations


Responsibilities


  • Lead technical forums and communities to share knowledge with wider group

  • Design and development of domain specific implementations; Influence usage of out of the box Dynamics 365 functionality, giving us a competitive advantage

  • Identify skilling opportunities and define training needs within the team; Coach other team members and help in reducing skills gaps

  • Identify opportunities and work for industry specific Solution Offerings that will be market differentiator for the company
