• Define and own the partnerships strategy and execution, covering the key partnerships (regional and market specific) that are relevant for captains, and enable Careem to build a strong value proposition for the captain base. You would own the success of each partnership, through the delivery of % cost savings to our captains.
• Build a new revenue stream, for captains through fleet monetization; Establish relationships with brands,vendors and agencies in the region, to generate $ advertising revenues using the fleet (cars and delivery bikes), and improve earnings of captains
• Establish relationships with financial institutions, OEMs and fintech players, to create products that would enable financial inclusion for our captain base, through car loans, micro loans and insurance programs.
• You will provide thought leadership and strategic view on building and running a strategic supply base, either through owned fleet or through preferred suppliers/partners.
• Collaborate with partnerships team in markets, to deliver on the captain partnerships and fleet monetization strategy and targets
• Work with cross-functional teams (Demand, Operations, Market leadership) to align Fleet partnerships and monetization strategy and day to day execution with functional agenda and vice-versa.
