Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand, and provide inputs to the KYC and CRM Tech. Manager for technical development of the interface/ tool to be used for increasing customer engagement and loyalty Conduct research regarding marketing strategies and consumer opinions while collaborating with statisticians, marketing professionals and pollsters Gather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the specific fintech area such as previous / similar marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications technique Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of targeted marketing campaigns and their success by conducting stakeholder interviews to get a better understanding of the target audience, develop personas, affinity maps, and other research artifacts to better visualize what tools and tactics will work best Utilize below the line marketing tactics to and develop targeted campaigns for different market demographics and develop loyalty infrastructures and gamification models a top of effective campaigns to increase traction and incentives across audiences Create and coordinate multimedia packages for effective and efficient communication to boost fintech products growth Collaborate with Brand and Communications to provide inputs for advertising and marketing campaigns, and ensure the successful conceptualization and delivery of such campaigns Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia Collect and analyze regular reviews of the business and important customers in order to better understand projects in the future and customer s expectations and recommend customers with the most effective approach to optimize their ROI Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects by utilizing post campaign analytics to measure KPI s and outcomes
