Automotive Assembly Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• Production of interior and exterior parts (fiber glass, carbon fiber, rapid prototyping, aluminum milling, welding, laser cutting)
  
• Assembly of these parts on a donor chassis,
  
• Integration of electronic equipment, wiring, lights, sensors, screens
  
• Upholstery, painting, testing
  

• Analysis of the current processes and process improvement recommendation
  
• Participation in the new factory layout and industrial means implementation.
  
• Design and test new equipment, processes, procedures and systems
  
• Define new jigs and tools to facilitate, optimize the manufacturing
  
• Jigs and tools supplier consultation, RFI, RFP process, award
  
• liaising with suppliers, customers, partners and research and development staff.
  
• Supervision of the installation of equipment
  
• Implement methodologies and processes
  
• Support in the production team recruitment
  
• Liaise with Engineering team and production team
  
• Manage budget
  
• Liaise with Quality Manager
  
• Plan and organize maintenance
  
• Identify risks and prepare contingency plans
  
• Report to management
