Policies, Processes & Procedures:
• Understand the policies and procedures of the company for effective communication with the employees
Day to day operations:
• Ensure to capture personal data changes timely/accurately in HCM system.
• Ensure Employee File remediation is done accurately and obtain necessary documents from employees where necessary.
• Review and process all HCM self service requests as per policy.
• Enroll new joiners in bio-metric system.
• Liaise with medical operations team and process medical card for employees and their dependents including cancellation of medical card for leavers
• Liaise with mail room to send relevant documents for the employee to their branch office.
• Resolve queries raised by the employees
Reports:
• Enter and ensure continued data maintenance in the HRMS and generate updated weekly/monthly report.
• All reports are presented timely and accurately in line with schedules.
