• Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and offline content.
• Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors including but not limited to affiliated malls and suppliers.
• Undertake daily tasks to ensure the functionality and synchronize of the department’s activities
• Support Head of Marketing in organizing various projects.
• Managing Influencers and sourcing new potential influencer collaborations and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement / warehouse department on various projects and requirements including but not limited to production, deadlines, and samples.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports / questionnaires
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations to shops
• Assist in providing weekly facts and figures on promotional campaign successes by coordinating with the IT Department, operations, and procurement.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of offline materials
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Organise a calendar of marketing events, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, service launches, shop openings or other marketing activities
• Represent the company at events
• Prepare and coordinate all financial PO’s
• Coordinate with suppliers, to produce marketing materials.
• Visit shops to analyze marketing displayed materials and ensure shop’s visual displays meets department SOPS
