Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly GMV targets through a mix of new merchant signups and increasing share of business with existing accounts.
• Be responsible for key accounts and large regional accounts.
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Pricing understanding and negotiating best prices with merchants.
• Work closely with operations / logistics team internally & make sure the client requirements are serviced and strike the right balance between operational feasibility, delivery cost and client experience.
• Manage day-day business and operational relationship with merchant partners at operational staff level and increase share of business get exclusivity on delivery partnership.
