ITPMedia Group is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 100 brands. We deliver quality, real-time content to our audiences, viewers, delegates and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include a range of major names from Time Out and Harper s Bazaar to Arabian Business and Construction Week.
The Role:
ITP Media Group is looking for an ambitious and talented Conference Producer.
As a Conference Producer you will ensure positive interactions with our organizations customers and you will be tasked with overall production and content of our business conferences. You will be responsible for researching the conference content, identifying and confirming government, local and international industry organizations to be event partners. You will also be involved in the marketing, operations, customer service and sponsorship sales functions within the team
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working in a similar role with extensive experience in major conferences.
- Solid understanding of local and regional business trends and a contacts book packed with C-suite executives, officials and investors.
- Interacting and communicating with government, private sector, and international industry organizations at highest level.
- Responsible for producing 6 8 conferences annually in diverse industries.
- Conducting industry research to identify and produce relevant conference program content.
- Conducting research to identify appropriate and senior level conference speakers.
- Inviting and confirming appropriate speakers
- Liaising with sponsorship and exhibition sales.
- Event administration and speaker management.
- On the day event management.
- The right candidate will have degree-level education from a reputable university.
- Great business acumen, as well as an understanding of the Gulf markets, are essential.
