Senior Specification Engineer

• Visiting potential client consultant & architect and specify products for mega large and medium projects
  
• Build relationships with engineers architects specifiers and facilities managers etc. and target specific market areas by providing the sufficient technical support
  
• Recommend the right system and provide technical recommendation to major architects and consultants
  
• Prepare all relevant accurate documents; prequalification documents method statements specification clauses and product presentations for all systems and products
  
• Ensure products and Systems are qualified at the Client/ Consultant level and driven through the specification cycle
  
• Test the company products according to the standards used and required in the region
  
• Support key Target Markets including Waterproofing Concrete Roofing Flooring Repair & Protection
  
• Coordinated with authorities to assist in designing of product specifications for upcoming projects
  
• Participated and conducted presentations and workshops in exhibitions and seminars with customers/consultants/contractors
  

Requirements

• Qualification: Civil Engineer / Chemical Engineer / MSc / relevant degree
  
• Experience: 25 yrs of UAE or GCC experience as specification engineer
  
• Good contacts with consultant architect Gov. Institutions
