KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
.
Sell Assessment and Learning Management Solutions to Enterprise and Education Institutions
.
Search for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit Locked list customers in the MEA region.
.
Make clients understand the various product solutions and services by explaining to them the same in English and the Regional language
.
Uphold sales reports, records, and other important documents for the international clients
.
Attend international sales meetings, seminars, and conferences arranged within the organization to boost the sales profits of the same
.
Develop creative sales initiatives and apply them to improve the financial gains of the organization
.
Ensure that the requirements of the international clients are met by modifying the products and services of the organization to their likes
.
Ensure that delivery functions are executed correctly as per the given time and within the given budgets of the company
.
Meet the sales quotations and financial targets
.
Act as the main and key resource for generating maximum revenue
.
Plan and strategize meetings with prospective clients in order
.
Submit the reports, records, presentations, and sales documents to the manager of the company
.
Maintain the daily, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales reports and records
Skills Required:
.
Should have 3 to 5 years experience in LMS Sales, HR Product Sales, and Talent Acquisition Sales to Enterprise and Education customers in the Middle East
.
Should have experience in dealing with the customers in the Middle East
.
Candidates should be based out of Dubai.
.
Great communication and presentation skills are a must. (Languages: English and Regional Language)
.
Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives.
.
Strong selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships.
