• Co-create stories with and for clients, share the brand culture and blend it with the clients’ personal story
• Ensure skincare stocks are effectively managed (inventory, order…)
• Share solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage and know-how with clients as well as the team
• Give recommendations (action plans, animations, new ideas…) to constantly enhance and boost the skincare category
• Understand and participate in the operation of the Boutique and provide your Manager with appropriate reports
• Build your own client data base and work on clienteling along with your Manager
• Support and coach the team by sharing your extensive knowledge in skincare
• Be a brand ambassador by respecting grooming guidelines at all time
• Animate the skincare cabin by providing skincare consultations and treatments
• Share best practices with the team to offer skincare during the selling ceremony and develop cross-selling among all categories
• Be aware of the latest trends in skincare (competitors, technologies & innovations, digital…)
• Ensure the Boutique is perfectly well maintained in respect to the VM guidelines
• Develop cross-selling among all categories in the boutique
• Create a tailor-made experience, offer personalized solutions and ensure excellence in client service in accordance with Chanel’s rituals and standards
• Ensure clients are welcomed in a high level manner in order to create a strong relationship with them and ensure brand loyalty
• Handle clients service complaints and requests effectively and according to guidelines
• Collaborate with others and contribute to build the success of the Boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Nourish a beauty culture, constantly follow latest trends and be pro-active in self-learning
